Angela Schlegel, an in-coming Plant Biology graduate student, was awarded a Mr. and Mrs. Spencer T. Olin Fellowship for Women in Graduate Study.
Soon Goo Lee and Corey Westfall, graduate students in the Jez lab, were named as Spencer T. and Ann W. Olin Biomedical Fellows. Olin Fellows are "recognized for past achievement and the promise of a distinguished career in the biomedical sciences."
Po-Cheng Lin, an in-coming Plant Biology graduate student, was awarded a Taiwan Ministry of Education - Washington University Fellowship as part of the McDonnell Scholars Academy.
